From your initial contact with MoverOne International you will be allocated a dedicated, personal Move Manager, who will book and confirm your in-house pre-move survey, walk you through each step of the move process and look after your every need. Check out what our clients are saying about us!
Pre-move survey
Your move manager will book a time and date for the pre-move
survey to fit in within your schedule and advise you of the name of the surveyor who will be visiting your home. The surveyor will carry out a detailed assessment of what household goods and personal effects you would like to have packed and moved, assess the volume or weight of your shipment and base our service on utilizing the the most practical and economical mode of transportation depending on the volume of the shipment and your personal criteria.
Prepare quote
A detailed, written quotation based on the results of the pre-move survey will be prepared and sent to you, along with a schedule of effects to be moved. The quotation will detail the complete scope of work to be performed by MoverOne International and the inclusive cost of the move, based on the information provided and agreed upon at the time of the pre-move survey. Follow Up: Your Move Manger will follow up a few days after the quotation has been sent to you and answer any questions that you may have with regard to contents of the quotation. Book move: Upon acceptance of the quotation, your move manager will book the move and confirm all aspects of the operational plan, as well as ensuring that required paperwork and documentation relating to your move is completed and received back at our office prior to the move day. They will advise you of start times and how long the packing, loading and moving process will take and then confirm all arrangements in writing.
Follow Up
Your Move Manger will follow up a few days after the quotation has been sent to you and answer any questions that you may have with regard to contents of the quotation.
Book move
Upon accetptance of the quotation, your move manager will book the move and confirm all aspects of the operational plan, as well as ensuring that required paperwork and documentation relating to your move is completed and received back at our office prior to the move day. They will advise you of start times and how long the packing, loading and moving process will take and then confrim all arrangements in writing.
Track move
Shortly after your move has been booked and confirmed your Move Manager will advise you of shipping dates, transit times, provide contact details of our overseas partner and then monitor all aspects of your move through to completion.
